Directions:
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with food. Increase to 2 capsules twice a day if required.
Tranquil is best taken after food or between meals if you are prone to nervous digestion or suffer from bloating or wind.
Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients. Tranquil can be combined with other Living Nutrition products, including our Organic Fermented Herb formulas.
