Garden of Life Prenatal DHA provides the support you need for you and your baby during pregnancy.

All expectant mothers want what's best for their baby. Our Prenatal DHA provides 500mg of the omega-3 essential fatty acid DHA, plus DPA and vitamin D3 in one convenient softgel. DHA maternal intake contributes to the normal brain development of the foetus. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake for omega-3 fatty acids for adults.

Our fully traceable and sustainably sourced wild-caught tuna comes from Verified Mercury-Free Waters from the islands of Mauritius, is Non-GMO Project Verified and naturally includes Specialized Pro-Resolving Mediators (SPM). Our Prenatal DHA is a smart choice for both mother and baby.
