Ingredients: Organic Chamomile (flower) Organic Tulsi (Holy Basil Blend) Organic Rose (petal) Organic Lemongrass (leaf.) Other ingredients: Rose flavour.
Directions: Place one bag in a cup. Pour just boiled water into the cup. Keep the bag in the cup for 5-10 minutes. Add natural sweetener if desired.
