Description
Our erythritol is perfectly mixed with stevia to increase the sweetness of the product, making it the same sweetness as sugar (1:1). Stevia is a natural extract taken from the leafs of the stevia plant and contains zero calories. It is extremely sweet being 300-500 times sweetener than sugar. A small amount (<1%) is mixed with erythritol to increases its sweetness.
As this product is the same sweetness as sugar it can be used to directly replace the sugar in cooking matching the sweetness. Erythritol alone is only 70% the sweetness of sugar.

Directions: The erythritol + stevia blend 1:1 can be used just like sugar in everything. It's great for recipes that require granulated sugar (caster sugar) such as sponge cakes. It is the sweetness of sugar therefore 100g sugar = 100g erythritol + stevia 1:1
