Description
Cal Mag Citrate is a formula containing a 1:1 ratio of highly bioavailable calcium and magnesium. Each capsule provides 90mg of calcium as citrate and malate, and 90mg of magnesium as citrate. Calcium and magnesium are minerals that both have integral roles within the body, independently and also in balance with each other.
Contains calcium and magnesium in a 1:1 ratio of highly bioavailable calcium and magnesium. Cal-Mag Citrate is an easy to swallow capsule that is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Directions: Take 2 capsules two to four times daily with food, or as directed.
