Description
Premium Flax Seed Oil, also known as Linseed oil is highly recommended for general well-being and whole-body nutrition. It is an excellent source of the omega-3 essential fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), as well as phytoestrogens known as lignans.
Ingesting this oil in its cold-pressed state allows one to maximise the effectiveness of the beneficial properties found in the seeds.
Directions: Shake well before use. Take 1 to 2 teaspoons daily, or add to your favourite food, salads, raw desserts, and smoothies. Due to its high concentration of omega-3 polyunsaturated fats, which are easily damaged by heat, flaxseed oil should never be used as a cooking oil.

Make sure oil is tightly capped, and store at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. When stored properly, Andreas Premium Flax Seed Oil will remain fresh for 3 months after opening. Refrigeration NOT recommended.
