Directions: Add 1 -2 cups of EarthSea to warm bath water to optimise absorption, soaking for a minimum of 20 minutes. Give yourself a period of rest after bathing. Drink plenty of water to rehydrate your body.
Add a cup of EarthSea in a bucket with warm water, keep your feet immeresed for a minimum of 15 minutes. Soaking your feet in EarthSea water helps to improve blood flow and circulation and promotes deep relaxation.
