Ingredients: Purified water, Organic Glycerin, Phosphatidylcholine Complex (from Non-GMO Sunflower Oil), Vitamin B12 (as Methlycobalamin), Vitamin E (as Alpha Tocopherol), Natural Flavour (Natural Berry Extract) Gum Acacia and Citric Acid.
Directions: 2 milliliters daily (about 2 droppers full) or as directed by your physician. Mixing into water or juice may help palatability.
