LiyfZyme SDS: Blend (Delivery System)- 30mg
(SDS Blend: Amylase, Protease, Acid Stable Protease, Diastase, Bromelain, Lipase, Lactase, Catalase, Serratia Peptidase, Alpha Galactosidase, Gluco Amylase, Cellulase, Papain, Invertase, Phytase, Beta Galactosidase, Wholefood Cofactor Blend: Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa)(sprout), Fennel Seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Rose Hips (Rosa canina) (fruit), Carrot (Daucus carota)(root), and Broccoli (Brassica oleracea) (flower)
Papain- 30mg

Directions: Take 3 capsules twice daily with a full glass of purified water.
