Description
L-Glutamine is the most abundant naturally occurring non-essential amino acid in the body. It is involved in more metabolic processes than any other amino acid. Although it is not an essential amino acid, the body often needs more glutamine than it can synthesise, especially when under increased physiological stress or illness. L-Glutamine may be made from another amino acid, glutamic acid.
L-Glutamine capsules are easy to dose in capsule form and are best taken on an empty stomach, or half an hour before food. If the capsule is removed, this formula is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Directions: 2 capsules one to three times daily, half an hour before meals, or as directed.
If pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any kind of medication or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare practitioner before using this product.
