Description
Our original body-ready folate-B12 blend featuring vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and folic acid as folate, with intrinsic factor for enhanced absorption and assimilation. 1 tablet supplies 500mcg of vitamin B12 and 800mcg of folate. These B vitamins work together in many bodily functions.

Directions: 1 tablet daily, or as directed.
