Directions:
With Well.Actually. Liposomal Vitamin D3 + K2, you can take it any time in the day, with or without food.
Shake before use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally into the side of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing.
1 x Spray = 1000IU D3 + 50mcg K2
2 x Sprays = 2000IU D3 + 100mcg K2
3 x Sprays = 3000IU D3 + 150mcg K2
4 x Sprays = 4000IU D3 + 200mcg K2
It is recommended that you store your Well.Actually. Vitamin D3 & K2 spray in a cupboard or fridge, out of direct sunlight (do not freeze). Please replace the cap immediately after each use. Once opened, please use it within 120 days.
