Directions:
Shake gently before use.
For ‘General Daily Maintenance’, take: 1 x 5ml (teaspoon) daily.
For ‘Periodic Demands of high’ physical activity, stress, illness, skin health...super enhance your Vitamin C levels. Take up to three teaspoons (3 x 5ml), spread throughout the day.
*children over the age of 5, please do not exceed 500mg daily.
Once Opened - store in the refrigerator. Do not freeze. 90-120 days life depending on correct use and storage. Replace cap immediately after use. Store out of reach of young children.
