Suggested Use:
Clay Water
For general health maintenance take a heaped teaspoon (non metal) once a day in a glass and add spring water. Let rest for a few hours or overnight. Drink on an empty stomach. Take for a period of 3 weeks with a one week break after, continue this process for 3 months.
Beauty skin and hair mask, and poultices
Preparation of the clay paste: Put the desired quantity of clay into a glass or wooden container. Add spring water, using a non-metallic spoon, to obtain a smooth paste. Leave it to rest for about 15 minutes and apply on your skin, once dry, rinse.
