Terranova Fermented Turmeric FERMERIC contains bioactive turmeric, fermented by Lactobacillus plantarum.

Turmeric has long been revered for its many health benefits. Generally, the large amounts needed for therapeutic effects may cause gastric irritation due to the concentration of the active compound, curcumin. The patented and innovative biotransformation fermentation technology results in an even more potent turmeric product, with increased bioavailability of all actives plus a lower potential for gastric irritation.
