C8 or Caprylic acid is a Medium Chain Triglyceride (MCT) that can be easily converted into energy for the cells to use as it bypasses the liver. It produces three times more ketones than regular MCTs, which means more benefits like amplified energy and metabolic burn.
Keto C8 MCT powder uses oil extracted from ethically sourced coconuts without the use of solvents or chemicals. It is then spray-dried onto acacia fibre, to give it its powdery consistency. Acacia makes an ideal base since it is a natural prebiotic to feed the friendly microflora—and as a bonus, it will not spike insulin and take you out of ketosis!
Directions: Add 10g (approx. 4 tsps) to 250ml of a hot drink of your choice, or add to smoothies and recipes for a ketogenic boost. Use 1-2 servings per day.
