Keto C8 MCT oil is extracted from ethically sourced coconuts without the use of solvents or chemicals. As a keto essential, Keto C8 MCT oil is great for balancing hunger levels and satiety. Although it can still bring benefits if you are not following a keto lifestyle, we recommend avoiding high-sugar/high-carb meals while taking this product, to get the best results.
If you are new to taking MCT oil start with a lower dose and gradually work your way up to full daily dose.
Directions:
Add 10ml (approx. 2 tsps) to 250ml of a hot drink of your choice, or add to smoothies and recipes for a ketogenic boost.
Use 1-2 servings per day.
