This 250 million-year-old, ultra-pure, ancient magnesium oil spray is absorbed quickly into the skin to provide an effective magnesium supplementation solution.
Ingredients: Aqua, Magnesium Chloride, Magnesium Sulfate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Chloride
Dosage: 2.5 ml (half teaspoon) contains 259mg elemental magnesium. Apply to skin and massage gently. Leave on for a minimum of 20 minutes.
In case of chronic health effects, such as emotional and physical stress or strain, injury, special diet, and during pregnancy and lactation, the daily requirement of intake is higher. Recommended for daily use.
