Ingredients Magnesium Bath Flakes: Aqua, Magnesium Chloride, Magnesium Sulfate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Oil
Directions: Add 250-300g (two cups) Magnesium Bath Flakes in a warm bath and relax for 20 minutes or longer to obtain full body rejuvenation. Alternatively add 1 cup to a foot bath. It is recommended to take 2-3 magnesium baths per week to relieve sore stiff muscles and joints.
