Glutagenics features three key ingredients - l-glutamine, the bioflavonoid quercetin and zinc.
Directions: Mix 1 teaspoon with water daily, or as directed.

Glutagenics has a new formula. Aloe vera and DGL Liquorice have been removed, and zinc, quercetin and L-alanyl-L-glutamine has been added. The amount of glutamine per serving is now 2g. The new formula is an orange flavour and should be taken just once daily.
