Your Flora Terrain contains an organic herbal blend specially selected for sensitive digestion. It is a Living Culture SymbioticTM based on a unique formulation, providing a complete ecosystem of microbes, colonising factors, and other compounds to nourish your unique microbiome.
The symbiotic foundation is made from fermented and sprouted organic soybeans, the perfect food to cultivate over 100 species of beneficial microorganisms.
This is supported by organic slippery elm and aloe vera, herbs which have cooling and demulcent properties.
The complete Your Flora range is convenient and portable with no need to refrigerate, this living Symbiotic is perfect for taking to work, on holiday, or during periods of travel.
Directions:
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with food. Increase to 2 capsules twice a day if required.
This product contains slippery elm and should be taken with a full glass of water for full benefit. If suffering from reflux or acid indigestion, the capsules can be opened and mixed in with water to coat the oesophagus.
Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients.
Terrain can be combined with other Living Nutrition products, including our Organic Fermented Herb formulas.
