The symbiotic foundation is made from fermented and sprouted organic soybeans, the perfect food to cultivate over 100 species of beneficial microorganisms.
In Ayurveda, the gut is considered the home of our immune system. Regenesis contains the additional organic foods artichoke and chicory, which are both considered ‘prebiotic’ foods for nurturing the beneficial gut flora.

Directions:
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with food. If you need greater support, such as after a course of antibiotics, you can increase the dose to 2 capsules twice a day.
It is best taken with food, but avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients. Regenesis can be combined with other Living Nutrition products.
Regenesis has a very strong flavour and we recommend not opening the capsules to sprinkle over food.
