Hot water extraction is the traditional method to make mushrooms more digestible, but this leads to other important nutrients being destroyed in the process.
Fermentation converts the active compounds into a highly absorbable, bioavailable state whilst maintaining the more delicate nutrients in their natural synergistic form. Directions:
Take 1 capsule twice a day with food.
Increase to 2 capsules twice a day if required.
