For daily maintenance take 1 capsule daily. Increase to 2 capsules for chronic conditions and for occasions when your digestion needs extra support.
Capsules can be opened and added to drinks or smoothies or mixed into food.
Milk thistle is best taken with food. Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients.
When using milk thistle supplements, we recommend drinking at least 2l water throughout the day.
