The ideal choice for anyone wishing to support brain health; Eskimo®-3 Brainsharp utilises the same high quality fish oil used in the original Eskimo®-3 formulas, but has been combined with specific, active ingredients to help support mental performance. Comprising over 90% of the omega-3 fatty acids in your brain, DHA has been shown to improve learning, mood, memory and concentration, making it especially beneficial for students taking exams, and older adults.
 
A minimum of 250mg is recommended for good brain health. Taking 4 capsules of Eskimo®-3 Brainsharp daily provides EPA and DHA roughly equivalent to 4 portions of oily fish per week.
 

Ingredients
Four capsules typically contain:

  • Omega-3 fatty acids (1360mg)
  • Eicosapentaenoic acid EPA (640mg)
  • Docosahexaenoic acid DHA (320mg)
  • Alpha-linolenic acid ALA (80mg)
  • Omega-6 fatty acids from evening primrose oil (480mg)
  • Linoleic acid LA (400mg)
  • Gamma-linolenic acid GLA (60mg)
  • Omega-9 fatty acids / oleic acid (560mg)
  • Vitamin D3 (175iu) 90% RDA
  • Vitamin E (13.5iu / 9mg) 75% RDA
  • Coenzyme Q10/ubiquinone (8mg)

Other ingredients: Ascorbyl palmitate, Rapeseed oil, Gelatin (bovine, derived from cows), Glycerin, Lecithin (from soy), Lemon flavouring, Tocopherol-rich extracts, Extract of rosemary, Evening primrose oil, DL-alpha tocopherol
