Description
Andreas Pumpkin Seed Oil contains minerals including magnesium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, copper, and manganese. It also contains Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, D, E, and K. High amounts of monounsaturated fats, protein, and phytosterols, particularly beta-sitosterol, are also present in this oil. It contains antioxidants, including selenium, tocopherols, and carotenoids.
Our Pumpkin Seed Oil (Curcubita Maxima) is a mildly nutty oil, containing a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals.
Due to the process I use to press Andreas Pumpkin Seed Oil, the nutrient-coded fibres naturally remain in the oil, enhancing the flavour and aiding in the delivery of the full benefits of the seeds.
Directions: Shake well before use. Take 1 teaspoon daily, either on its own or added to breakfast cereal, salads, salad dressings, or smoothies. This oil should not be used for cooking, as heat can damage the structure of this delicate oil.

Make sure oil is tightly capped, and store at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. When stored properly, Andreas Pumpkin Seed Oil will remain fresh for 3 month after opening. Refrigeration NOT recommended.
