I often see these in magazines and online and considering we always promote a good diet to our readers we thought it only made sense that we would give you a glimpse into our daily diet. Next month, Henry's!
Morning (I wake up at 6.30-7am)
First thing: 1/2 lemon with warm water
Breakfast (10ish): green smoothie or avocado on rye bread, butter and poach egg (or 2) with hot sauce
Snack: Apple slices with peanut butter dip (snack ideas HERE) and a large glass of kombucha
Lunch: Bone broth with a teaspoon of turmeric, lots of pepper and baby spinach
Afternoon snack (with the bubs): veggies sticks, lentil crisps, homemade blueberry muffins, it varies and I try to keep it fun for Elodie... This is when I try to remember to take my daily supplements!
Dinner: Love a burrito bowl or Huevos Rancheros
Lots of water (I have a pint next to me at all time)
