Product Review - LLS Primal Power Whey Protein

I like to mix it up, so I try to vary the type and brand of protein I consume. However, I don't take protein powder daily. Because I eat fairly well I don't think I need it more, maybe 2-3 times a week.

I use it to replace a meal
Replenish my protein when training

I have tried them all, pea protein, goat, hemp, mixed, vegan and of course whey. Whey protein has had a bad rep for a while. I love whey protein. It's so creamy and filling. It just feels right. For some people whey protein doesn't work but for me, it's ideal. The wonderful thing about LLS Primal Power Whey Protein is that it combines grass fed, high quality whey with added collagen AND MCT oil which is the best thing for somebody who is still on a keto way of life.

The taste test?
I was worried before I tried it. I was so keen on the ingredients and its "promise" that I thought it's going to taste awful but it doesn't. It's creamy, it's flavorful, it's sweet (just the right amount) and it's filling.

How to take it?
I make mine using 1/2 almond milk, 1/2 water and add a small avocado and a pinch of salt. Blend it up and add a few ice cubes for the best chocoalte milkshake. I have just run out a few days ago and I am a bit sad right now. Bring on Wednesday, I need another tub!

When shall I take it?
I take it 2-3 times a week. Usually to replace a meal. Breakfast or lunch. Not both. You need real food too!
