You've got to love turmeric (we do), it's so healthy! Try this smoothie for a refreshing, nutrient rich boost.
Large handful cubed pineapple
1-2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
2 tablespoons coconut meat (coconut chips or fresh)
Juice 1/2 lime
1 cup coconut water (or you might need more)
A few ice cubes
1 tablespoon of chia seed (optional, for an extra protein and healthy fat shot)
Direction - mix all of the ingredients together in a blender.
