Pineapple, coconut and turmeric pick me up

You’ve got to love turmeric (we do), it’s so healthy! Try this smoothie for a refreshing, nutrient rich boost.

Ingredients 

  • Large handful cubed pineapple 
  • 1-2 teaspoons of turmeric powder 
  • 2 tablespoons coconut meat (coconut chips or fresh) Juice 
  • 1/2 lime 1 cup coconut water (or you might need more) 
  • A few ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seed (optional, for an extra protein and healthy fat shot)

Direction 

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a blender.
