You’ve got to love turmeric (we do), it’s so healthy! Try this smoothie for a refreshing, nutrient rich boost.
- Large handful cubed pineapple
- 1-2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut meat (coconut chips or fresh) Juice
- 1/2 lime 1 cup coconut water (or you might need more)
- A few ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon of chia seed (optional, for an extra protein and healthy fat shot)
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a blender.
