Matcha green tea and almond latte

This is an easy recipe for a morning (or afternoon) pick me up
Ingredients
(makes 1 cup)
- ½ teaspoon of Dr Mercola Organic Matcha Green Tea (powder)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk or make your own
- ¼ teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon of The Organic Coconut Company Organic coconut sugar
Directions
- Mix the matcha green tea & cinnamon with a tablespoon of hot water to form a paste (I used a bamboo whisk) Make sure that there are no lumps left
- Heat the almond drink and add the vanilla, coconut sugar & the matcha mixture.
- Use a whisk (or hand held blender) to froth the mixture, pour into your favourite cup and enjoy!
