Matcha green tea and almond latte

This is an easy recipe for a morning (or afternoon) pick me up…

Ingredients (makes 1 cup)
½ teaspoon of Dr Mercola Organic Matcha Green Tea (powder)
Pinch of cinnamon
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk or make your own
1 pinch of Bulletproof Upgraded Vanillamax OR ¼ teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon of Biona organic coconut sugar

Directions: 
Mix the matcha green tea & cinnamon with a tablespoon of hot water to form a paste (I used a bamboo whisk). Make sure that there are no lumps left.

Heat the almond drink and add the vanilla, coconut sugar & the matcha mixture. Use a whisk (or hand held blender) to froth the mixture, pour into your favourite cup and enjoy!
