A delicious and classic green smoothie. You can replace the kale by spinach but nut butter is a must!
2 cups kale
1 cup of unsweetened almond or cashew milk
2 tablespoon Greek yogurt (or thick coconut yogurt)
1-2 tablespoon almond butter
½ cup pineapple
Directions Whizz all of the ingredients in a powerful blender such as Tribest Personal Blender until smooth. Add more water to your desired consistency.
