Kale, pineapple and almond butter smoothie

A delicious and classic green smoothie. You can replace the kale by spinach but nut butter is a must!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 2 tablespoon Greek yogurt (or thick coconut yogurt)
  • 1-2 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup pineapple

Directions 

  1. Whizz all of the ingredients in a powerful blender until smooth. Add more water to your desired consistency.
