Chocolate, oats and coconut balls

These little balls of perfection are as delicious as they are pretty. They are also very easy to make. A healthy mix of raw cacao, oats, dates and salt all rolled into a blend of raw desiccated coconut and chia seeds. Great right?
Ingredients (makes 8-10 balls)
- 50g oats
- 2 tablespoons raw chocolate powder (I used Creative Nature Organic Cacao Powder)
- 2 tablespoons Organic Coconut Oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 75g pitted dates
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- Water
To roll: Dessicated coconut mixed and chia seeds
Directions
- Put the oats in a food processor and blend into a fine powder
- Add the raw chocolate, dates, coconut oil, vanilla extract, salt and mix well. Add some water until all the ingredients combine completely
- Form the dough into small balls (I used a teaspoon) and roll into ball form
- Roll the ball into a mix of dessicated coconut and chia seeds on a plate or a bowl
- Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy
