Chocolate, oats and coconut balls

These little balls of perfection are as delicious as they are pretty. They are also very easy to make. A healthy mix of raw cacao, oats, dates and salt all rolled into a blend of raw desiccated coconut and chia seeds. Great right?

Ingredients (makes 8-10 balls)

To roll: Dessicated coconut mixed and chia seeds

Directions

  1. Put the oats in a food processor and blend into a fine powder
  2. Add the raw chocolate, dates, coconut oil, vanilla extract, salt and mix well. Add some water until all the ingredients combine completely
  3. Form the dough into small balls (I used a teaspoon) and roll into ball form
  4. Roll the ball into a mix of dessicated coconut and chia seeds on a plate or a bowl
  5. Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy
