A simple and energy packed smoothie that takes no more than 5 minutes to make (and 30 seconds to drink - it's delicious).
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 avocado Handful of frozen berries
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon Baobab powder
- 250 - 400ml of coconut milk (or 250ml of water and 2 large tablespoon of Coconut Powder)
- Add all of the ingredients to your blender ad whizz until smoooth.
- You can add more coconut milk or water.
