Berry and baobab smoothie

A simple and energy packed smoothie that takes no more than 5 minutes to make (and 30 seconds to drink - it's delicious). Baobab has long been used for its benefits on skin, hair and general health. With it's abundance of vitamin & minerals, Aduna Baobab Fruit Pulp Powder also contains very high level of antioxidants, this powder is a must for overall health.

1/2 banana
1/2 avocado
Handful of frozen berries
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon Aduna Baobab powder
250 - 400ml of coconut milk (if you use the tin version use 1/2 and some water)

Direction - add all of the ingredients to your blender ad whizz until smoooth. You can add more coconut milk or water. We used the Tribest Personal Blender 350.
