Banana, spirulina and maca smoothie

A simple smoothie packed with so many superfoods, it’s incredible (hence why we call it the incredible hulk). You’ve got spirulina, maca AND almond butter in this energy packed shake.


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful of frozen courgettes
  • 1 heaped teaspoon spirulina 
  • 1-2 teaspoons maca powder 
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter 
  • 1 cup almond mylk (try making your own) Water


  1. Whizz all of the ingredients in a blender and add water if it’s too thick.
