Banana, spirulina and maca smoothie

A simple smoothie packed with so many superfoods, it's incredible (hence why we call it the incredible hulk). You've got spirulina, maca AND almond butter in this energy packed shake.

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 handful of frozen courgettes
1 heaped teaspoon spirulina
1-2 teaspoons maca powder
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 cup almond mylk (try making your own)
Water

Direction: Whizz all of the ingredients in a blender and add water if it's too thick.
