For many centuries, seeds of Nigella sativa (black cumin), have been used as a spice in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine.
Directions: Shake well before use. Use ¼ teaspoon twice per day, gradually increasing frequency of intake to five times per day. Taking too much oil at once may cause a body-numbing effect.
