Andreas Five Seed Oil Blend is cold pressed from the following five seeds pumpkin, black sesame, flax seed, coriander and sunflower.
Directions: Shake well before use. Take 1 teaspoon twice per day. This oil can be used in a variety of recipes including salad dressings or as a dipping oil. Andreas Five Seed Blend should never be heated, as heat will damage the delicate structure of this special oil blend.
