Directions:
For a potent amount of hydrolysed collagen peptides take 1 to 2 tsp (5 to 10g) of True Collagen. It is incredibly versatile and can be added to any hot or cold drink of your choice or sprinkle onto food such as soups, overnight oats or yoghurt.
To follow the Brave Method add 1 to 2 tsp (5g to 10g) of True Collagen to Coffee + Collagen and Cacao + Collagen.
To truly nourish the skin from within we recommend a maintenance dose of 5g for normal skin types. Increase to 10g or more, to support troublesome or prematurely ageing skin.
