The Osumex pH Indicator strips are easy to use at home. It is important to check the pH of the body using both saliva and urine on a regular basis.
pH (potential of Hydorgen) is a measure of the acidity or alkalinity of a solution. It is measured on a scale of 0-14. The lower the pH the more acidic the solution and the higher the more alkaline (or base). When a solution is neither acidic nor alkaline, it has a pH 7 which is neutral.
The optimum range of pH for the body is between 6.8 to 7.5. Where the pH measured is low, the user needs to correct the body’s pH through supplementation and or diet.
