Why Green Tea? Each ingredient in this unique formula serves its own special purpose to nourish, protect, and moisturize your skin. One of those ingredients is GREEN TEA. Dr Mercola included green tea for a couple of good reasons:

• First, many studies show that green tea is a powerful antioxidant.
• Second, recent studies also suggest that green tea may help you reduce the appearance of skin damage from sun radiation.
• In short, green tea helps protect your skin's cells by providing antioxidant protection.

Finally, about the other ingredients: Each active ingredient in this outstanding product has been carefully chosen to specifically protect and nourish your skin.

• Titanium Dioxide (6.0%) & Zinc Oxide (6.0%): Minerals that come from clay and beach sand deposits. This means, they are not harsh, synthetically-produced chemicals you'll often find in popular brands. Unlike chemical sunscreens that absorb ultraviolet light, nature provides us with titanium dioxide and zinc oxide ... two remarkable ingredients that remain on your skin to reflect and scatter away both UVA and UVB rays from your body.
• Sunflower oil: A superior moisturizer. In addition, it also contains vitamins A, D and E. And this excellent ingredient is often used to moisturize dry, weathered, and aged skin.
• Lecithin: Found in the membranes of plant cells (soy.) It is widely used in cosmetics as an emollient and water-binding agent.
• Coconut oil: Has been used by the islanders for many hundreds of years to moisturize their skin while they attained a glowing, dark tan. If you have skin sensitivities, it is likely to be mild and gentle on your skin.
• Glycerine: Used as an emollient, glycerine improves your skin's natural moisture by attracting just the right amount of water to maintain your skin's homeostasis.
• Jojoba oil: Non-fragrant natural emollient that serves up superior moisturizing and skin conditioning properties.
• Vitamin E: Vitamin E acts as a natural preservative.
• Shea butter: Used as both a thickener and an emulsifier. It also has effective moisturizing properties.
• Eucalyptus oil: It assists other oils to be absorbed in your skin. This supports the moisturizing process.

Delivery

Our delivery charges depend on where you'd like us to send your purchase, and how much it weighs. When you get to the basket page, we'll ask you where you'd like us to deliver to; we'll then show you how much your delivery charge will be.

If you want to organise your own shipping at your own cost, let us know and we will do all we can to help or you can also pick up your goods from our offices, Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm. Get in touch to arrange.

UK delivery charges

• Delivery to a UK mainland address costs from £2.50 up to £7.00 (it will NEVER go above that rate in UK Mainland), depending on how much your purchase weighs
• Delivery to an address in the Highlands, Islands, Guernsey or Jersey costs from £2.50 up to £15.00 - also dependent on weight
• Shipping has increased by over 10% in April 2012 but we have kept our UK prices the same and will do all we can so you don't have to pay more...

When do I get my order?

• If we receive your order before 2pm we'll deliver it to you by first-class post that same day. The exception is if the delivery charge is £7: then we'll send it to you by courier and they'll collect it from us the next working-day
• The courier companies that we use include City Link, UPS, Yodel and TNT
• You should receive your orders within 1-2 working days once the order has been picked up, but it can take longer if your delivery time goes over a weekend or a bank holiday

Delivery to Europe

• Delivery to EU countries costs from £3.00 up to £20.00 for bigger and heavier orders
• Unfortunately, we had to increase our shipping charges to the EU, especially to Malta and Cyprus. However, if we find that the shipping has cost us less, we are more than happy to refund the difference.

When do I get my order?

• You should receive your order within 3-5 working days.
• In the EU, DHL, TNT and Parcel Force do not deliver to PO boxes.
• Once again, it might take longer if your order goes during a bank holiday or week end...

Packing

We do our very best to recycle cardboard boxes and use biodegradable loosefill packing chips. These are manufactured from starch-based polystyrene that begins to decompose when wet for a period of time. Please recycle your packaging after you receive your order.

Evolution Organics special offers

Many of the products on special offer are close to their sell-by dates. They will be within their sell-by dates for enough time for you to use them as stated on the packaging.

For example, if you buy a one-month supply of Krill Oil on special offer you'll have at least one-month before it goes out of date. Please check the advertised dates on the product page before you buy it to ensure it fits with your plans for use.

Evolution Organics Return Policy

We very much hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided if it is in fully resalable condition for up to 14 days.

In addtion, under the Distance Selling Regulations, during the 7 day cancellation period, the customer will be refunded all monies including the postage and packaging cost should he/she want to.

Please let us know before you send anything as we might be able to arrange this for you.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange:

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any nutritional products if they have been opened unless they are faulty in some way. We are also unable to offer refunds after 14 days. *Please see the note above on the Distance Selling Regulations.

How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?

Refunds will usually reach your account within 7 working days. Timing will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company processes the credit. In some cases, we might send you a cheque for the item(s) returned if the amount has already been processed by our bank.
