- Maca Powder – increases energy, enhances stamina, mental clarity and athletic endurance
- Cinnamon – contains many health benefits and is rich in calcium and fibre
- Blueberries – full of antioxidants which help to counteract the presence of toxins in our bodies
- Nuts – good source of fats and makes the shake taste creamy
- Banana – high in fibre and filling
Ingredients
- 1 scoop of Living Fuel Supper Berry Original http://www.evolutionorganics.co.uk/living-fuel-superberry-original/product
- 1 tablespoon Cacao Nibs http://www.evolutionorganics.co.uk/creative-nature-organic-cacao-nibs-300gr/product
- 1 teaspoon of Maca Powder http://www.evolutionorganics.co.uk/creative-nature-organic-maca-powder-150gr/product
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- A handful of blueberries

- 1 banana
- 250ml of milk of your choice (oat milk is a favourite)
- If you want a thicker shake then you might want to add a handful of muesli or porridge oats
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
